We accept both credit and debit cards payments – VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards.
The default currency on our online shop is euro. Discounts will be calculated at checkout.
Please note, payment is only devoted from your card at time of dispatch.
All transactions on Diemme website are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment platform that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Diemme offers free express worldwide shipping on all orders over 150 EUR. Additional charge of 15 EUR will apply for orders below 150 EUR. Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days, after credit card authorization is complete.
All orders are shipped with DHL and require a signature upon delivery. DHL operating hours are usually between 09am – 6pm on working days. Therefor we advise to use alternate delivery address, for example work address, when placing the order. Kindly note that DHL cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Taxes and duties
All countries within the European Union are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the product price.
Rest of the World
On checkout Italian value-added tax (22%), will be deducted from the final price. Delivery is on a DAP (Delivery At Place) basis, meaning, orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority.
Shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been processed and shipped. All orders are fully traceable on designated forwarders’ websites. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.
For security reasons, Diemme reserves the right to ship first-time orders only to cardholder’s billing or work address that can be verified. To avoid any delays, please make sure to provide us with correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card. Please also ensure that your other contact information is filled in accurately so we can get in touch with you, if necessary.
Returns and exchanges
Diemme offers 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receipt date to send the merchandise for return or exchange. All returns must be purchased from diemme.com.
- Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, meaning that they have to be unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered.
- Returns must include filled out return form.
- Make sure all products are returned exactly as you received them, with original tags attached.
- All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Shoes tried outside cannot be refunded.
- Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoes box.
- Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.
- We prefer that items are returned through Diemme return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
- Please note that Diemme is not responsible for any differences in value caused by currency exchange.

Diemme Quality Guarantee
We are committed to making a product of the highest quality. Therefor we will accept any item with a manufacturing defect for refund within one year from the purchase date. Please contact us immediately in case of damaged or faulty goods.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment within 14-days from the return date. Please note that depending on the card holder it might take extra days until the money will be returned back to your bank account. Please note that a deduction can be made if goods have been returned in inappropriate return condition.
